How to Register?

Ordering at our website made easy. You can register in our website in two different steps.

  1. Click Login icon on upper right corner if you are using desktop. Click the menu button (Three line icon) for mobile, or you can click Login/ Register at the buttom part of our Home Page, you will be directed to Login page (you may login if you have already an account then fill in using your email and password.
  2. To register click the "Create Account" from below the login page. Fill up the informations we need (Name, Mobile No. Email Address and Password) then click "Create". You will be automatically login to your account and may start ordering.

Can I Change my Delivery Details?

You can change it by clicking the login icon, to go to your account, click “View Addresses”, Click “edit” and enter your new details. You may click it as your default address. Then click Update Address.

Can I Cancel or Amend my Order?

Our team works hard to pick and pack your orders as quick as possible therefore there is a limited amount of time after your order has been placed.

Do you Accept “Request Products”?

Our team is open for product request to improve our service and skincare variety for our valued-customer. You may send your request products at allaboutskindoha@gmail.com together with clear picture and complete name of the product.

Note: We cannot promise that all request products will be provided, but we will try our best to provide them for our growing company. Rest assure that we will be collecting most product request so we can add it in our website.

 

Conditions:

Request products must be willing to wait. Delays may occur depending on the availability of the product from the official retailer or Brand Manufacturer to assure customer satisfaction.

 

No cancellation once order is confirmed, any fake requests of cancellation will be banned for purchasing from us to avoid future pre-orders.

 

Are the Products Authentic?

All our products are 100% Authentic, We directly purchase them from the official retailer and Brand Manufacturer.

Do you offer free delivery?

As for the moment we do not offer free delivery. But we may offer free deliveries with certain areas using our promotions. Please stay update on our instagram, facebook and tiktok for future promotions.

Some Items are missing or incorrect?

We ensure our order and deliveries are well packed and checked for each customer. However mistakes can never be avoid sometimes. If happens that you received and incorrect or missing order please contact us immediately within 2days after you received your item/s.

Products must be in good condition, seal must be intact and no signs of previously opened.

Damaged Product?

Our products are carefully checked as soon as we received them. Any damage products we kept them separate or in some cases that we have to throw them away. If ever you were able to receive a damage product, please contact us immediately the same day of the delivery via Whatsapp or Facebook Page together with the product picture and receipt, we will be gladly to send you a new one once proven there is a mistake on our side.

We also advise you to carefully check our products immediately to avoid inconvenience.
