During the care process, ensure that the entire main electrodes makes contact with the skin by pressing the head unit horizontally against the skin. Press the head unit firmly against the skin to ensure good contact with the main electrodes and perform a slow and gentle massage by drawing lines back and forth.

The recommended use is once a day for 10 minutes (5 minutes on the left side / 5 minutes on the right side).
